CP’s success is built on long-term relationships, and we hope you’ll help us continue this legacy by becoming a CP Builder.
CP Builders are ambassadors. They’re passionate about community. They believe in the same values we do — integrity, team focus, safety and respect — and they want to give back.
You must be a current employee of CP. Submit details of your proposed community opportunity — which can be anywhere in the RMWB or near your home — HERE. All submissions must be received and approved prior to the activity taking place.
If approved, you’ll receive an exclusive shirt to wear while participating in your activity.
We want to feature our Builders! Wear your CP shirt while you’re doing your thing, take some photos and complete the Post-Activity Form. Always ask for permission to post the photos you take on social media. Take copies of CP’s Photo Release Form just in case.
CP Builders’ stories will be posted on the community page of our website. We may also post them on our social media pages to spread the word about the power of community!
After the photos and write-up have been received, CP Builders will be compensated $25 per hour for the duration of the community opportunity, up to a maximum of eight hours. Each CP Builder is eligible for a total of eight hours per year.
